One97 Communications has informed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a settlement order dated January 17, 2025 (copy enclosed as Annexure) vis-a-vis certain past and present Directors and a past officer of the Company (‘Applicants’) disposing of adjudication proceedings related to the Company. The settlement, carried out under SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018, was completed with payment of a total amount of ? 3.32 crore by the Applicants.
