Bharti Infratel has reported results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2013.
The company’s net profit for the quarter grew close to four folds at Rs 441.20 crore as compared to Rs 121.90 crore for the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal. Company’s total Income has increased by 41.76% at Rs 1546.30 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1090.80 crore for the June quarter of the previous fiscal.
On consolidated basis, the Group’s net profit increased by 67.57% at Rs 357.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 against Rs 213.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. Total Income grew by at Rs 2768.90 crore for the quarter against Rs 2470.80 crore for the first quarter of previous year.
However, the current period numbers include the impact of Scheme and accordingly are not comparable with the previous period / year number.
