Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and other applicable provisions of Listing Regulations, Valiant Organics has informed that, the Company vide letter dated October 22, 2024 intimated to Stock Exchange regarding fire incident that took place at A-1-210 plant located at GIDC Estate, PhaseII, Vatva Ahmedabad, Gujarat (‘A-1-210 Plant’). Although there were no loss of life or injuries reported but the operations were temporarily disrupted. Now the Company has completed all the required processes and A-1-210 Plant is operational again with effect from, January 20, 2025. There has been no material impact on the financials and operations of business.
