In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Rasayan has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Thursday, 13th February, 2025, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024.
