With reference to the disclosure dated 14th August 2023 made by the Company on Ongoing Material Litigations. The Ramco Cements has informed about updation of status with regard to following point provided in the Annexure to the said disclosure: Point (e) of Annexure: 'Certain revenue expenditure treated as capital expenditure by the Income Tax Department'. The company has informed that the company's appeal before Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT) (Appeals) for the disputed tax value of Rs 11.60 crores for financial year 2015-16, was allowed in its favour, vide CIT(A)'s order dated 21st January 2025. The above intimation was received by them through mail on 21st January 2025 at 4.22 pm.
