Following matters were discussed in the meeting: Placed and discussed the list of creditors dated 08th Nov 2024 who have submitted their claim and the status of verification of such claims and further updation of the same; Discussion of resolution plan submitted by the resolution applicant in the presence of representative of resolution applicant; Discussed the steps taken by the Resolution Professional as a part of the corporate insolvency resolution process and report/status thereto; Considered and took note of statement of expenses incurred for running of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) CIRP of the corporate debtor; Discussion and approval the corporate insolvency and resolution process cost.
