In accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers has informed that the company has subscribed to 48615 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (‘CCPS’) at an issue price of Rs. 205.70/- for an amount aggregating to Rs 1,00,00,106/- in Smart School Education by way of subscription to Private placement. The aforesaid subscription has been made from the internal accruals of the Company.
