Newgen Software Technologies’ material Subsidiary -- Newgen Software Inc. (NSI) has received purchase orders from a customer related to insurance industry. The aggregate value of the aforesaid purchase orders is $3,008,533 (inclusive of taxes).

Earlier, NSI had executed an agreement with a USA based Healthcare Client for Enterprise Content Management.
