Procter & Gamble Hygiene & Health Care has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved today, the change of the Financial Year of the Company from ‘July 1st-June 30th’ period to ‘April 1st -March 31st’ period. Accordingly, the current Financial Year of the Company, 2024-25 shall be a period of 9 months commencing on July 1, 2024, and ending on March 31, 2025. Subsequent Financial Years of the Company shall commence on April 1st every year and end on March 31st of the succeeding year.
