Further, in continuation to earlier intimation dated December 24, 2024 regarding closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2025 to February 6, 2025 (both days inclusive) for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
