In furtherance to earlier intimation dated 26th October, 2024, wherein the Company had informed that Lyka Labs and Lyka Exports had jointly filed an application on October 25, 2024, with the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (the NCLT), under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking directions for convening meetings of equity shareholders and other stakeholders of the aforesaid companies in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation, Lyka Labs has informed that, pursuant to the aforesaid joint application, the Hon’ble NCLT has pronounced an order dated 23rd January, 2025 (Order), which Order has been uploaded on the NCLT website. A copy of the said Order is enclosed. As per this Order, the Company shall convene the meetings of the equity shareholders and other stakeholders within the stipulated time frame.
