As informed by the communication dated December 31, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all designated persons from January 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Financial Results by the Company for the for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024 (both days inclusive), it shall remain closed till January 31, 2025.
