Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Hind Rectifiers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Mumbai, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Further, in its letter no HIRECT/SEC/2024-25/52 dated December 23, 2024, the company had intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from January 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
