Manish Mistry will relinquish his position as the Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours on January 31, 2025. 2. Bhavik Parikh will assume the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from February 1, 2025. The brief details as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A. The above disclosure will be simultaneously posted on the Company's website at www.acclimited.com. The Board Meeting concluded at 1:30 pm.
