M Akhil Rohatgi & Co., Company Secretaries were also the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for financial year 2023-24. The information in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill - Para A of Part A of the Listing Regulations (as applicable) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure-A.
