Valencia Nutrition has received approval from Board of Directors for acquisition of an additional 49% stake in Zion Beverages for Rs 98,00,000, to be paid in one or more tranches.
This additional stake acquisition is expected to have a significant impact on the Company by further consolidating its foothold in the beverage sector. The transaction will provide Valencia Nutrition with greater control and influence over Zion Beverages’ operations, thereby enabling enhanced operational synergies, improved strategic alignment, and accelerated growth prospects.
The Zion Beverages is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of Beverages. The Company had acquired a 50% stake in Zion Beverages on November 28, 2024.
Valencia Nutrition is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing, sale & distribution of nutraceutical products.
