Manali Petrochemical has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 05th February 2025 for considering the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. As intimated earlier vide letter dated 27th December 2024, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the above financial results.
