Shri Gang Industries And Allied Products has informed that on January 28, 2025, it has received request letters from Nishi Arora, Achal Ahuja Arora, Manik Arora, Shobit Arora, Rajan Arora, Rahul Arora, Gurcharan Arora, Anju Arora, Parveen Kumari and Ankit Arora, requesting reclassification from ‘Promoter and Promoter Group’ Category to ‘Public’ Category of Shri Gang Industries & Allied Products (‘the Company’) in terms of the provisions of Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. The said requests will be placed before the board of directors in their ensuing meeting and the Company will accordingly apply for/ obtain the requisite approvals.
