Radico Khaitan has informed that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRCC) of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. January 29, 2025, which commenced on 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:14 AM., has allotted 12,972 equity shares of Rs. 2 each at a price of Rs. 928.05 per share and 2,134 equity shares of Rs. 2 each at a price of Rs. 1015.37 per share to the eligible employee upon exercise of stock options under the ESOP 2006. The paid- up Equity Share Capital of the Company, post this allotment, stands 13,38,02,840 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating to Rs. 26,76,05,680.
