Aurobindo Pharma has informed that the Company has received two orders from the Deputy Commissioner (ST) STU-1; Punjagutta Division, Hyderabad passed under relevant provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and TGST Act 2017 for recovery of Compensation Cess refunded during May 2018 and June 2018 and demanding the payment of tax along with interest and penalty. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure.
