Authum Investment & Infrastructure has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on January 28, 2025 (Agreement) with inter alia Fornido Developers, Aayushman Nuwal and Welspun Michigan Engineers (WMEL), for acquisition of 34,802 equity shares of WMEL representing 2.01% of equity share capital.
Upon completion of acquisition, the Company’s total stake in WMEL will increase from 10.95% to 12.96%. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before January 31, 2025 unless extended mutually amongst the parties.
