M.P.Agro Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulation (LODR) 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of the company scheduled to be held on Monday, 10th February, 2025 to consider the Unaudited Financial statements for the Quarter / Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2024 and Limited Review Report thereto. Further, in continuation of letter dated 23rd December, 2024, for closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till 12th February, 2025 pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
