The company has informed that although the disclosure is not required vide SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISO/ISO/CIR/P/2020/168 and SEBI/HO/ISO/ISO/CIR/P/2021/617 dated September 09, 2020, and August 13, 2021 respectively. However, it is making the disclosure as an abundant precaution.
