In accordance with Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, 3M India has informed that it enclosed the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company approving the alteration of Articles of Association of the Company pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013. The said resolution was approved by the Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot, the results of which were announced on January 31, 2025. A brief highlight of the amendment is set out at Annexure A. Copy of the reviews/ new Articles of Association is set out as Annexure B.
