In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shivkamal Impex has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the registered office of the Company at Ground Floor, Block-P-7 Green Park (Extn.), New Delhi- 110016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Further, as intimated earlier vide its letter dated December 27, 2024, the trading window of the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons framed by the Company, has been closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. till February 10, 2025.
