Lee & Nee Softwares Exports has received an approval whereby the board at its meeting held on July 27, 2013 explored lucrative opportunities of mobile applications business and have decided to venture into it.
Besides, pursuant to resolutions passed during the quarter the company has made two subsidiaries, one wholly owned namely Lensel Web Services for the purpose of doing domestic software business in India and partially owned namely Rituraj Share Broking for the purpose of investing in the shares.
Lee & Nee Softwares Exports is engaged in development of software packages, turnkey projects, web-based applications, customized packages, Internet/Intranet applications, corporate training and multimedia content development.
