Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A (7) of part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Granules India has informed that Riaz Ahmed, shall cease to be the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company upon his resignation from the position of Senior Vice President & Head- Supply Chain Management with effect from the closure of business hours of February 03, 2025. The details with respect to the cessation of the above Senior Management personnel as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and a copy of the resignation letter received from Riaz Ahmed are enclosed.
