Wockhardt has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 7th February, 2025, to consider and approve the Un Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company, which was closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025, shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results on 7th February, 2025.
