Alembic Pharmaceuticals has informed that, Dr. Archana Hingorani (DIN: 00028037) has completed her second consecutive term of five years as an Independent Director and consequently ceases to be a Director of the Company with effect from end of the day on 3rd February, 2025. The Board of Directors of the Company place on record their sincere appreciation for the contributions made by her during her association with the Company. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is enclosed as Annexure-I to this letter.
