Pfizer has informed that the Company has received an Order on February 3, 2025 (Order), from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax (GST) Division-Badli, New Delhi, 110002, basis the GST Audit conducted by the Department, for the period July 2017 to March 2021 for Delhi GSTIN, for a tax demand of Rs. 14,39,072, Interest of Rs 45,462 and a Penalty of Rs. 14,64,072 aggregating to a total demand of Rs. 29,48,606. Based on the assessment, the said demand is not maintainable and the Company is in the process of preferring an appeal against the said Order. The Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company. Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure A.
