Crestchem has informed that board Meeting will be held on 12/02/2025 on Wednesday at Corporate office of the company at Ahmedabad at 1.45 pm to take on record, consider to consider and approve Unaudited results and Limited review report of the Company submitted by the Auditors for the quarter 31/12/2024. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulation, 2015 and in compliance with the terms of code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed for all its Designated Person and their immediate relatives with effect from 01/01/2025 and it will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31/12/2024. Any other matter with the permission of chair and with the consent of a majority of the Directors present in the meeting, which shall include at least one independent director.
