IIFL Finance has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, to consider and approve following matters: (a) Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results (Financial Results) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024; (b) Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Additionally, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for designated persons (including directors and their immediate relatives) until 48 hours after the public release of the aforementioned financial results.
