SI Capital & Financial Services has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Ajeesh Karekkattil Antony, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated 05th February 2025, to explore other avenues in his professional career. Accordingly, he will be relieved from his duties effective from 27th February 2025 after the closing of business hours. The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by him during his tenure. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed as Annexure I. Further to the above communication, the Company vide this letter, is also submitting the Notice of Resignation received from Ajeesh Karekkattil Antony, as Annexure II.
