Pursuant to Regulation 30 'read with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and in continuation to intimation dated August 21, 2023 regarding details of pending litigations, Dynamic Cables has informed that the Company has received a Rectification Order for AY 2022-23, under section 154 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 on February 05, 2025, from the CPC Bangalore, Income Tax Department. As per the order tax demand stands reduced from Rs 5,02,33,850 to Rs 39,800. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular no.
