Suzlon Energy reports consolidated net loss of Rs 1058.90 crore in Q1FY14

Suzlon Energy has reported results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2013.

The Company reported net loss of Rs 640.04 crore for the quarter against net loss of Rs 696.64 crore for the June quarter of the previous year. However, Company’s total income grew by 51.09% at Rs 1035.90 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 685.62 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the Company reported net loss of Rs 1058.90 crore for the quarter against net loss of Rs 848.97 crore for the June quarter of the previous year. The Company’s total income fell by 19.40% at Rs 3907.50 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 4847.96 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
