Ram Ratna Wires has entered into a loan agreement with Epavo Electricals (Epavo), a joint venture company, on February 6, 2025. The company has granted an unsecured loan of Rs 15 crore to Epavo to support its business activities, to meet capital and operational expenditure and other business requirements. The company holds 50% stake in Epavo's paid-up share capital.
Ram Ratna Wires is engaged in manufacturing of enamelled copper winding wires.The product range of the company includes: Enamelled copper winding wires, Modified polyester copper wires, Polyesterimide wires, Polyurethane self solderable wires and Dual coated wires.
