Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to its communication dated 30th January 2025, Polycab India has informed that the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (GST) (Investigation), Maharashtra have concluded their action under Section 67 (1) / (2) of Maharashtra Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 i.e. 05th February 2025 at 10:00 pm. The Company has cooperated fully with the GST officials during the proceedings and responded to the clarifications and details sought by them.
