With reference to earlier communication dated 13th January, 2025 regarding the appointment of Secretarial Auditor for financial Year 2024-2025, Vedant Asset has submitted additional details as required under Schedule III- Para A (7) of Part A of Regulation 30 of The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023. Due to an inadvertent omission, the details as enclosed in ‘Annexure I’ were not attached with its previous submission. They sincerely regret the oversight and are now submitting the necessary information for records.
