With reference to earlier intimation dated 30th January, 2025 regarding intimation of Board Meeting to be held on Monday, 10th February, 2025. Beekay Steel Industries has informed that due to certain exigencies, the meeting of the Board of Directors is now re-scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th February, 2025 at 1.30 pm to consider & approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and nine- months ended 31st December, 2024. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which had been closed on 1st January, 2025 shall continue to remain closed till 16th February, 2025 for the Directors, Designated employees of the Company and other specified persons as per the Company’s Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
