The standalone unaudited financial results of the Company along with the internal audit report for the quarter ended 31st December 2024. The company has further informed that the copies of the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 are enclosed. The Company has made arrangement for release of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31,2024 in the newspapers as per the requirement of the Listing Regulations.
