Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), JSL Industries has informed that, Jaydev N Paneri (DIN: 07016979) and Sudhir Vasantrao Chemburkar (DIN: 00638666) shall be retiring from the position of the Independent Directors of the Company, upon completion of his second term effecting from the close of business hours on February 09, 2025. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their deep appreciation for the contributions made by Jaydev N Paneri and Sudhir Vasantrao Chemburkar during his association with the Company over the years. The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
