In continuation to previous announcement dated 10th October 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Colab Platforms has informed that the company has received final approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for change of name of the Company from ‘COLAB CLOUD PLATFORMS LIMITED’ to ‘COLAB PLATFORMS LIMITED,’ with effect from 10th February 2025. Further, it has informed that the company has started its process to give effect to the change of name of company with all concerned department and regulators. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name is annexed with this letter.
