Pursuant to Clause 1 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III read with sub-Clause (c) of Clause (i) of sub-Regulation (4) of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Aditya Birla Capital has informed that, the Company (‘ABCL’) has made an investment of Rs 100 Crore on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Capital Digital (‘ABCDL’). Pursuant to the aforesaid investments, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL and ABCDL continues to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Further details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 are enclosed as Annexure.
