In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/ CIR/ 2023/ 123 dated 13th July 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure?A’. The resignation letter confirming that there are no other material reasons for her resignation is enclosed as ‘Annexure B’.
