According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 1978.55 crore in index futures and options segments as per Wednesday’s data, August 07, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 534.98 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 1443.57 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 21.59 crore, while they also sold stock options worth Rs 13.48 crore.
