The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12933.24 crore against gross selling of Rs 15128.84 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2195.60 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 630.45 crore with gross sales of Rs 5652.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5022.15 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 956.66 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 324.91crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 3740.58 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9.88 crore against gross selling of Rs 52.72 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 42.84 crore in hybrid segment.
