In this regard and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed copy of the Newspaper Advertisement dated February 14, 2025 published in The Free Press Journal (English Newspaper) and Navshakti (Marathi Newspaper).
