In accordance with Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Syngene International has informed that the Company has received an order against the appeal submitted (through electronic mode) to the National Faceless Appeal Centre, for Assessment Year (‘AY’) 2018-19 under the Income-tax Act, 1961. An e-appeal was filed with the National Faceless Appeal Centre against an order passed under section 147 read with Section 144B of the Income-tax Act, 1961, by the National Faceless Assessment Centre for Assessment Year 2018-19 on March 27, 2023. Now, the National Faceless Appeal Centre has passed an order dated February 14, 2025, under Section 250 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 directing the Assessing Officer to verify certain details and allow relief to the Company.
