Physical rubber prices closed unchanged on Saturday due to lack of fresh triggers that could give any direction to the market.
Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 196.50/ kg and Rs 192/ kg respectively.
In the futures market, contract of August delivery weakened to Rs 195.36 compared to its previous closing of Rs 195.77, while September delivery closed at Rs 185.11 compared to its previous closing of Rs 185.78 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
