Pennar Industries climbs on reporting 20% jump in Q3 consolidated net profit

Pennar Industries is currently trading at Rs. 165.50, up by 21.60 points or 15.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 143.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 144.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 169.00 and Rs. 142.50 respectively. So far 135973 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 227.70 on 06-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 107.00 on 14-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 169.00 and Rs. 136.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2245.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.66%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.97% and 54.37% respectively.

Pennar Industries has reported 49.45% rise in its net profit at Rs 22.94 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 15.35 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.71% at Rs 659.65 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 590.53 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 20.06% rise in its net profit at Rs 30.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 25.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.73% at Rs 846.45 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 750.88 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
